Jason Hayden, CP
Premier Prosthetic Center Prosthetist Jason Hayden enjoys using his technical and problem solving skills to fit and create prosthetics that enhance the unique abilities and lives of our patients.
Jason comes to Premier Surgical from The Surgical Clinic in Nashville. There he developed a gel liner selection guide based on patient criteria, created a limb measurement system for mold modification reduction values, and established an amputee specific exercise program. Jason is also experienced in surgical healing techniques for amputees and developed post surgical wound care and compression protocol.
Prior to joining The Surgical Clinic Jason trained at the Orthotic and Prosthetic Clinic in Port St. Lucie, Florida; Orthopedic Fixation Systems in Palm City, Florida; and Capstone Prosthetics and Orthotics in Tracy, California.

Prosthetic Patient Coordinator
DeLynne Sprouse’s smiling face is often the first new Premier Prosthetic Center patients encounter. She is an expert at gently guiding clients through the consultation, appointment, and prosthesis care process. DeLynne has more than 12 years of medical experience, working as a surgical coordinator, as well as a multi-line insurance adjuster for an orthopedic practice. She gets to know our patients and rejoices with them as they transition from amputation surgery, to taking their first steps.
Tim Muncy brings a personal wealth of knowledge to his Prosthetic Assistant position. As a high functioning, active amputee and Premier Prosthetic Center patient, he enjoys interacting with and encouraging prosthetic patients to reach their full mobility potential.
